Description

A total of ten years plus, certified nurse assistant under minimum supervision assisting geriatric. Chronically ill, mentally/physically challenged, hospice, and alzhiemer's, dementia patient's and residents. Food service of preparation in between meals and snacks, errands to p/you and deliver medicines, specimens, groceries, assist client's to doctor appointments, foley cath care, personal grooming, hygiene, baths, in home, long-term facility, and hospitals. My passion for this career is there is a never-ending satisfaction of being there for patient's, family member support, and residents looking forward to someone to lend assistance with sincere and natural pleasure of just being able to do so. Report any and all changes large or small to immediate charge nurse, promote and provide safety at all times, pay most attention to skin care, fingernails, toenails, and incontinence, last but certainly not least keep the lines of communication open at all times with your staff, and clients.
